Our new free plan allows inmates to send and receive messages every day without needing a paid subscription. To keep the system reliable and accessible for everyone, free texting includes:
- Up to 4 outbound messages per day
- Up to 4 inbound messages per day
This creates a balanced experience while still giving inmates a consistent way to communicate with the outside world.
